MaafHub (maafhub.com) is an international B2B company directory and permanent digital exhibition available in Turkish, English, Arabic, French and Russian, where companies can present themselves. The platform is operated by Muhammed Tarrab. By using the site, you accept these terms.
2. Account and Security
- Users are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
- You must not share your account password with others.
3. Company Profiles and Content
- The user who creates a company profile is responsible for the accuracy, currency and legality of all information, images and descriptions it contains.
- Publishing misleading, unlawful, offensive, fraudulent content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties, is prohibited.
- You confirm that you have the right to use the content you upload and that you permit its publication on the platform.
- MaafHub reserves the right to edit, hide or remove any content that violates these terms or applicable laws, without prior notice.
4. Role of the Platform
MaafHub is only a directory where companies present themselves and can get in touch with each other. It is not a party to any business discussions, agreements, payments or deliveries between users. MaafHub does not guarantee the accuracy, quality or reliability of any company’s information. Users are responsible for carrying out their own checks before entering into any business relationship.
5. Packages and Payments
- The platform offers a free package and paid Premium packages (monthly and annual). Package contents and prices are shown on the relevant package page.
- Payments are made by bank transfer. MaafHub does not collect or store bank card details.
- A package is activated after the payment has been confirmed as received.
- Fees paid for activated packages are non-refundable. Refund requests made before activation can be sent to info@maafhub.com.
- MaafHub may change prices and package features. Changes do not affect packages already purchased and still active.
6. Intellectual Property
The MaafHub name, logo, design and site structure belong to MaafHub and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Rights to content uploaded by users remain with the users.
7. Limitation of Liability
MaafHub is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from relationships between users, content provided by third parties, service interruptions or technical failures. The service is provided “as is”.
8. External Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites. MaafHub is not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.
9. Suspension or Termination
Accounts of users who violate these terms may be suspended or terminated.
10. Changes to These Terms
MaafHub may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Bursa have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.
